I Need my hash changed? Duplicated PR Hash

I love to play with the guys on the HOG servers but I made a mistake at one point and shot a friendly (admin thought it was intentional) and got banned. I've been trying to give them my hash to get unbanned but they say that my cd hash is a duplicate of many other people's hashes. Could I get help please? My hash is
