HELP PLEASE (Launcher not starting)

I have downloaded this mod but the launcher (located in the bin folder) does not start (crashes immediately), but when i start the game from the main folder the game runs normal and on the main menu there is a notification about creating a profile (through the launcher in the bin folder)

IF anyone could do me a GREAT FAVOR and CREATE A PROFILE (any profile) and send me the files of the profile (i believe they are stored in my document) it would be great.

My problem is only the launcher not the game so if anyone could help me that would be AWESOME. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Thank you i have tried everything from directX to C++ update the manually install missing DLLs and nothing helped.

the only thing i want is for someone to create a profile on his pc and then send me the profile so i can run the game from the main folder (.exe)

I came here to start a thread with the exact same issue, I've been trying to diagnose this off and on for weeks and can find no one else having this issue. Game runs fine, but launcher doesnt work at all just crashes as soon as I click run as admin. Heres what windows says:

.NET version might be old, update it.

Downloading the .NET Framework from the microsoft sight fixed the launcher for me. Originally when I tried to update the framework from the dependencies file in the ISO it said it was already up to date.

Always use PRLauncher.exe to start PR. You cannot use any other method to start it.

In case PR crashes on start, first delete your Documents\ProjectReality folder and try again.
