Server list can't be returned to

brand new windows 7 for this game only.
**Only thing that might be unique is using a bridged setting for internet.**
Perhaps the pointer to the server list is pointing to local?

can only load the server list when loading the PR App.
Must quit out to desktop and restart every time in order for App to refresh list.
