Can someone help me? PR has closed, cleaning up resources

PLS I NEED HELP: i use win 8 and when i try lo launch the game it closes, pr has closed cleaning up resources, i tried the resolution, firewall , antivirus, erase the local files and nothing happen (note: i played this game before and run properly)
