Tried Everything on the sticky, I don't run antivirus nor firewall, already on google DNS.

I'm from Egypt too, and I couldn't fix this problem at all. I tried reinstalling, disabling IPV 6, changing the DNS in IPV 4 and deactivating my firewall and antivirus, but nothing worked.

So, I came to the conclusion that our beloved government blocked it.

And guess what? I was right, I used Freegate(something like a VPN) and the game worked.

So if you want to fix it just use a VPN.
