Banned/Temp banned from servers i never played on

Hey guys. I installed PR yesterday but when i tried to join a few servers i got the message

"Banned/Temp banned from the server. Vist the servers website for more information"

It was on the PRTA and HOG multiplayer servers but i did get into another server alright. I also got the same message on a COOP server i tried joining.

I dont understand why i would be banned. The last time i player PR was about 5 years or more ago, even then i only played with bots, mnot any coop or muliplayer servers. A few guys said it might be something to do with the HASH number. Anyone that can give me a hand?

This is currently an issue with some systems, It will be fixed in a few weeks or so, we're working on it.
Currently your best bet is to contact PRTA/HOG and ask them to whitelist your username, or reinstall a new Windows.

Oh ok, good to know its being fixed, So would reinstalled windows fix the issue?
