There is no way your system will run PR well at that resolution either way.

so what resolution do you recommend on me based on my system ?
also are you sure about it? I was playing whit same resolution the last year and never happens, it starts like 2 months ago

thanks in advance

EDIT: just noticed your a on a laptop.

What model laptop you have exactly?
/Unsure if your laptop has only CPU graphics or if it has nvidia GT 520M beside it too.

Try different drivers, maybe windows update did it automatically in background and newer drivers are worse (can happen).

I could be wrong but GPU inside the CPU is fried. (pushed too hard).
GPU failure rate among laptops (incl. gaming ones) is high, a regular occurrence, for years. Probably because laptop heat dissipation is designed for lower wattage CPU and/or not worst case scenario such as where you live (hotter climates).
The HD3000 your trying to run PR on is definitely unsuitable unless your prepared to sacrifice visual quality.
Settings are already on low/medium and as for question about resolution, 1366 x 768 is already a small view.

With laptops, especially this old, options are limited. A CPU upgrade (both better speed and internal graphics) is recommended. Other option is a cheap computer if you want to play PR, which is possible if you know anything about PC building and/or can be bothered sourcing parts/ OS etc. See my guide for that. I'm less familiar with laptop performance and PR but HD4000 is OK at this resolution, luckily there are upgrades for your laptop that have HD4000 but the price is quite high. With a bit of research maybe you can find a cheaper CPU that has HD4000.

Edit:
have a look at this list for possible CPU upgrades with your laptops chip set
http://www.youcpu.com/en/chipset/Mobile ... 82HM65-PCH
Ivy bridge 3rd generation support is limited but possible as that list suggests.
Your laptop can handle max of 45watts if the chip set is indeed HM65, the processor you have now is 45watts.
If your CPU graphics is fried then it would be worth not getting another 45, but perhaps a 35watts CPU instead so that a new upgrade (45) doesn't fry (again). CPUs can be overclocked too, it's likely the 45 accounts for this so that at factory/stock clock, the CPU is actually at much lower (probably 20) and the graphic section, in use is ~25watts.

Its a tricky situation you are in, upgrades for a newer CPU with HD 4000 is are around 50euro for CPU or ebay. (guess)

Thanks for take time for that great response, also to everyone else before you, besides all what you said and other people too, I just lower my settings to medium quality and off multy sampling, I keeped the same resolution and the problem disappeared.

Thanks again to everyone, looks like I'm gonna be a high settings player in winter and medium in summer.

Your welcome
You can buy a laptop cooling pad, they are popular. Not my taste but heres an example:

$15
There are hundreds of designs / manufacturers, only available online, ebay etc. Chinese market thing.

If you do get one, I would plugin it into a USB hub other than the one in the computer (a wall plug for example), for peace of mind.
