PR Launcher doesn't start

Today I started getting this error when trying to launch PR launcher:
Yesterday it worked fine. Tried to fresh install on different SSD with antivirus / win firewall off, running as admin, making a shortcut to the file, and googling this issue but found nothing. When doing a fresh 1.5.0.0 install from .iso the launcher works, but when I update the game with auto-update it stops working.
There was some windows firewall updates after last time it worked, and I'm wondering if they could be causing this..
Im using Win 10 pro 64-bit (build 17134)
