Error 75

Hello, again. In the topic under this one you'll see that I solved error 1301, but guess what there's another error. When I try to download updates they literally won't even download after 16% or so, drops back to 50kbps and is unbearable. Tried manual updating and got the error 75, please tell me how should I fix this. I enabled the DMZ and disabled IPv6
