massive fps drop on game and problems with direct3D

hi guys well im having troubles with my game seens monday morning i mean yesterday my game didnt wanted to launch i try to fix it with reinstalling all thw game and some directx things i fix the launch problem but now im getting a new one with a massive fps drop on the game menu i got like 5 to 7 fps and then when i load in to a map my fps drops to 3 - 4 this is the first time i have problems with pr and i have been playing for like 7 or 8 years by now so im asking you for help i dont know what else i can do to fix it

Are you using a laptop? Is it plugged in?
I suspect Win10 update has botched your machine.
