Graphics glitching

I have stopped playing PR for about two weeks and when I started playing again the intro movie had red lines going across and then at the main menu the top of the screen is glitching in an out and I have uninstalled and installed twice and I don't know what to do, and I'm not tech savvy.

Hey, I actually had the very same problem you are describing after the last update.
Right click on the shortcut you open PR launcher with. Choose the Compatibility tab. Check the box Disable fullscreen optimization. In my case it did the job.
