Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 GHz
6 GB Ram DDR3
Nvidia GeForce 210 1GB Vram

(I am gonna buy a AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB, DDR5)
EDIT: R7 340 not 240

I sometimes play with an old gamer laptop with a 9600m GT which is playable but when the action hots up or with smoke it becomes a slide show.

R7 340 should be fine at 1280 x 1024 or 1920×1080 (~ 45-60 fps) dropping to 45 only on larger maps with a lot of objects in distance.
