cannot load the map very often when connecting to the server.

there was no problem until 3-4 weeks ago, playing normally four times a week. then this problem showed up and started not to load maps. when i click deploy music stops but no matter how much i wait it always waits in the same screen which is the server list screen. i am sharing the image below.
