Command and squad radio activated by left mouse

For some reason my left mouse button activates my squad chat and my command chat if im a squad leader. Anyone else have this problem?

You probably set it by accident when messing with mumble settings. Alt tab while connected to a server and go to mumble in your tray (next to the clock)
