I installed Project Reality on windows 10 but this error showed up;

Redownload and reinstall the game.

Try just reinstalling the game with the files you have first.

Here is the file uploaded on my google drive. However, there is a higher chance of the file being corrupted that way.

The issue is solved kind of... It actually still asks for Fonts_client, menu_client

No. It's not going to solve anything. Redownload whole game and reinstall it.

After i had installed the download, PR went through a lot of updating
Have you done this updating too?
If not, there is an option for updating on the launcher. Cant say if that can 'safe' you from a full re-download, but it cant harm to try
