Did any one of you had experience using Graphic Mods for PR?

I found these;

Is this configs okay to use? I mean would server ban me using these?
& which one of these should I use?

No, you won't be banned for using it.

I tried the first link in the past and remember the whites were too powerful, restricting vision in certain situations, which is why I decided not to use it but I thought it may be worth it if that issue was fixed.

Can any of the concepts from these mods or the mods themselves be implemented into the core game to improve all players' overall visual experience?
