I think that means steam app, because I have steam installed on other disc than PR.
But, if I am correct, is there any way to solve it?

Make sure your windows has a default browser assigned.

I have already google chrome set as default browser.

Try unsetting and setting it again. Make sure to run PR as admin.

I reseted that and opened app as admin.
Still same problem.
