error 1200 Can´t update to 1.6

Today I was trying to download it but it only reached to 7% . When I left it downloading and then came back to check it said error downloading segments or something. I tried restarting my computer but still the same. I don´t know if it it´s because when I leave it my screen goes like blocked mode and there´s when the error happens .
