Hotkeys for the volume dose not work.
I understand that the volume inside mumble has set to 0% from a crash, the hotkey or something else. For example my problem is the same as the post in the link below.

HOWEVER HERE IS MY REAL PROBLEM!!!!
when I try to go to PR launcher menu >option > PR Mumble and hit the launch to configure Mumble button to go to the advance settings. Mumble starts up just fine and I right click on the mumble icon on the bottom left side of my display and click show. THEN!!! the mumble Icon appears like I have in the photo link below. HOWEVER when I lift click on the icon the icon disappears and I can not get into the advance settings to turn the volume inside mumble from 0% to 100%.
I have right clicked the icon and tried to run as administrator.
I have reinstalled the game.
Also I waited for the new patch update because a Dev said that the next patch will fix the hotkey problem but no luck.
I really want to play tonight so if anyone can help me that will be great.
