Tried to fix the only way it works is running in windows mode, I have read a few threads on this and cant seem to figure out a solution only thing I am confused about is how to force your GPU to accept 800x600 resolution.

Google it.
'How to add [800x600] resolution for <GPU name>'

I did and that resolution is already an option, I am able to run in windowed mode but that's not the end goal. Also my settings show gpu scaling and no option for display scaling would that be an issue?
