Unable to locate setup.exe file does not exist

I get a similar failure. Mine reads "Unable to locate setup.exe file does not exist" When I look through the files I have downloaded, there is no setup.exe. I tried torrent, US, Euro, and even tried a Google Drive - which said it could not download because of too many downloads in the last 24 hours. The only reason I wanted to re-install was because Mumble kept getting worse with each update. I have pretty much given up. Too bad, I love this game and playing with friends I have made through the game since 2008. Bummer. RIP PR for me.

Try torrent or any other mirror (except for google drive #1 which seems to reach its maximum capability at the moment).

I have. Here's the deal: The downloaded file (both .zip and otherwise) contain the setup.exe file. However, during the unzip the setup.exe does NOT extract, meaning when the launcher tries to begin the set up process, it is not there. I can see the setup.exe file in the zip file. But it doesn't unzip, or fails to unzip.
I see all the setup.exe files there, but they don't get extracted, and the setup can't start.

Disable anti-virus and try again.

Drag it out to a folder in my documents you sure you have permissions on.
