I haven't played PR in a couple years and came back to a completely different install/setup. When I try to create a profile it asks if I want to retrieve my old profile or create a new one. If I try and retrieve my profile (this one that I am posting on) it gives me the error in the title. If I try and create a new profile, it says my profile exists.

I've tried manually updating and it says I am on the latest version. I've tried the username and password for these forums, I've tried my old EA account that I used to use, and I tried my old name Tequilabot along with my current name Tequila and I still get the same error.

Your forum account is not the same as your ingame account. They have nothing to do with each other.

So you are likely using the wrong password for those account names when trying to retrieve the old accounts.

And you can't register a new account with that name as it's still reserved from your legacy profile.

I've tried all of my passwords and none of them are working. Is there a way to change it? My ingame name is Tequilabot.

Unfortunately there is no password recovery possible.

Thanks for the help. I guess its not a huge deal, I can be TequilaX or something. lol.
