Windows 10 - game crashes when loading to a map

it doesnt happen the first time i join a server but once the match ends and another map has to load, it just closes the game with no error mesage or anything. any help would be really appreciated.

Puedes intentar solucionarlo abriendo el launcher del PR, ir a la pestaña "Soporte" => "Utilidades" y limpiar el cache.

You can try to solve it opening the PR launcher, "Support" => "Utilities" and clear cache.
