Let tank commanders (F4) duck by pressing Ctrl like HMVVV.
Right now tank commanders in German tanks, for instance, have to change seats to F3 or disembark to hide from enemy fire, which is broken mechanics. Basically, in order to hide in the turret, tank commander has to become somebody else(which is wrong role-wise), and what if there is already someone in that f3 seat?

Well, many things were considered to be... What makes it so different from an HMVV where the gunner can duck with Ctrl?
