Mumble issues.

When loading into a game i can hear voices fine of everyone in squad but i cannot talk, nobody hears me and i have a little icon in the bottom right of my screen of a speaker with 2 red diagonal lines with a break in the middle.
ive tried restarting mumble a million times, restarting my game and PC. ive gone into my mumble settings and made sure my input and output devices are correctly set but it doesnt fix it. ive also tried running as admin etc but no joy.
when in the set up wizard my headset and microphone appears to be working perfectly. its just ingame that is the issue.

so after a few restarts, mumble is now working ingame, however my squad chat is not working at all but local is ? my icon flashes green while i try to talk on squad chat but nobody hears me, but hear me when talking on local.
