Here is the fix for this error:

1. Go to start menu, search for regedit and run.

Make sure you back up your registry!!! Go to File -> Export and under Export Range, select 'All', name it and press save.

2. Navigate to these keys and delete the folders with \command:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\prlauncher-login\shell\open\command
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\prlauncher-login\shell\open\command

Doing that makes the logging in work. If it doesn't work, try deleting the prlauncher-login folder.
