PRupdater didnt read the manually downloaded file

hello, is there any chance the PRupdater didn't read the manually downloaded file?
because i have already downloaded 1.6.2.3 to 1.6.3.0 update files which has the size of 553Mb.
yes. i followed the instruction on the archive and i already do this once back when updating from 1.5 back then its just kinda read it and then the game updated. but this time the PRupdater seems didn't even bother with the files, it just keep downloading new files with added extension (.rdpart)

plz help
