BR2:PR has closed, cleaning resources error

I have tried a lot of thing to get rid of this error but it still doesn't work.
I have the latest directx
I tried opening in 800x600 res still didnt work
I tried deleting Project Reality folder in my documents still didnt work
Please help me.
