Project Reality Start up Erroe

I Downloaded PR yesterday and i was very excited to try it , Saddly When i start the game offline everything seems fine until the game shows black screen then dissappear and shows me a quick message PRBF2 closing I looked everywhere didn't find the solution
Here are my pc specs if this was the problem
Cpu:Core i5 2250M
Ram:4 gb ram
gpu:Intel HD 3000

I think you are not on the latest version. Click "Check for updates"

I run 1.6.3 so also not the latest but Singleplayer works fine..
If I run patch 1.6.4 after downloading files it fails the varification (Error 75). Connection is good, antivirus and firewall are off.. ? Also tried changing DMS adresses but everytime the verification error!!
