black screen problem

Hi guys. I made the updates and got into the game. But when I enter it stays on the black screen, does not enter the game. pls help me
same here...actually I built this pc today win 7. same message and ask me to reinstall whole game again. at the same time win 10 another pc I have updated smoothly..must be win 7 problem...cant join steam on win 7 by using PR launcher.. steam it self works fine.
update I installed whole game again as requested. updated from 164 to 1661 version. all works now.
