Win 7 Failed linking to launcher

when i join any server (even offline) just says failed linking to launcher every time. tried changing the priority settings but it just says that i dont have permission to change it, any ideas?

ram: 2.00 gb
system type: 32-bit

very cheap pc, i will upgrade when i can but im wondering if i can do anything to run project reality

Only suggestion is to try cpu priority, but even then you will probably not get a pleasurable experience. Your CPU is just too weak.
