ok so i have a mrap model M-ATV that i made 3 months ago
so rather than not using it better make it useful because i saw a forum that said it needed this kind of vehicle.
the model is not finished but i will finish it soon
i will post progress every time i make a big change
exterior is finished but I haven't finished the interior
maybe you guys have a reference photo, that's very helpful
note: the model is still High Poly-ish so it's not surprising the polycount is quite high
Of course it will be reduced when finished
verts count : 89k

Wow! Nice model.
Is it necessary to make a high poly model, because i think its very hard for me to do.

the high poly detail will be baked to the low poly model. There is also manual technique but I think it's more difficult

That is pretty mint, i wanted to make ka-52 since i really like double blade helicopters design but there is a lot of stuff stopping me, especially interior.

yes haha ??interior is very difficult to make. Between issues because of the scale of the model or interior

I'll have to do the manual method, although high poly bakes are the best for texture results, its really hard to maintain shapes at high poly with sub division. I have done it before but not for the whole model.

baking is very painful but the results are satisfying but Baking in a blender is not that good, I use substance/marmoset
my photoshop skills are not that good lol so i can't do it manually

@LangMaster
Ye, InfantryGamer42 is right.
But it is a Ka-52K Katran a blue marine version. There is no green ground army version. You can create the ground army version if you wish, then the importer DEVs could probably just reuse interrior cabin from marine version. You won't need to model 1p interior mesh.
Although, its not imported into game yet.
Personally, I think you could 3d model other more needed vehicles, like american FMTV logistics truck, could be a nice pair for this Oshkosh M-ATV

Looking good, how many variants of these will possibly be in game?
