Widescreen resolutions still dont feel right

I play on a 4k display. On widescreen mode the game's UI feels like molasses. I have to forcefully move my mouse more on the horizontal plain to overcome the sticky slow feeling. It's not a result of resolution but aspect ratio. 16:9, 16:10 and 21:9 the problem is more pronounced. The wider the screen the worse the problem is. Only on 4:3 and 5:4 feel somewhat fine.
