Error when trying to load into a game

I get an error message when trying to load into a game but not sure what this means? Anyone have an idea or solution? Using Windows 11

It's likely missing Direct X 9C which is needed to run properly. Create a new folder somewhere on the hard drive (Desktop easiest) and when running it, extract it there and run DXSETUP.exe
