PRBF2 crashes on launch

When I launch the game on any profile, it gives me a black screen and crashes. Tried deleting the "Video.con" file and it gives me the "Error 1324". Went into options and pressed "Reset All Profiles" and it goes back to giving me a black screen and, not surprisingly, crashes after 2 or so seconds.
So here are my laptop's specs from DxDiag(I'll cut some unnecessary stuff off):
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Silver N5000 CPU @ 1.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.1GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Card name: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 605
Dedicated Memory: 128 MB
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
And I think those are the important things.
And also here, my

If anyone could reach out to me, I would really appreciate it.

-Make sure you run as admin
-Delete the \Documents\ProjectReality\ folder
-Update DirectX:

Thank you for answering but the things you advised me to do didn't really work. My game already runs as admin, I tried deleting the "ProjectReality" folder in "Documents" and my DirectX already is up to date.
And here are the settings I use for more info.

Hi all, I had the same problem and figured it out, basically you have a one drive folder in the documents folder and PR can't find the video.con and other files in the profile folder of PR because they are 100% online and not physically on the Drive, so just copy all the PR files from the Onedrive documents to the normal User - Documents

His folder path in the log doesn't show that he's using onedrive.
Run procdump and get me a crash dump.

Also note that with that CPU you're not going to get any performance

Ahh... the horrible truth of my shit laptop. Either way, I still want to play the game with 10 fps... maybe less.
Anyway, I've got the ".dmp" file right
here, and thank you for all the help so far.

Renddx9.dll didn't load, it likely that its
this case again, that's the only thing we know of that can cause that to happen.

when i click play it closes the launcher but then nothing happens, no error messages and all

Did you follow the initial steps in this thread? His problem is quite rare.

YES i deleted the pr folder and updated dirctx, but nothing changed, same problem idk what to do, i really like this game and i wanna play it.. thanks

YEEES BEFORE THAT DAY THE GAME WAS WORKING, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, AND THEN.... THIS BUG I TRIED TO REINSTALL THE GAME BUT, SAME PROBLEM PLS I WANNA PLAY THIS GAME SM, HELP ME

Hi,
I have a problem with BF2PR when launched on any map. Since my last problem, i re-installed PR to solve the Mumble problem. But now, when i'm loaded into any map, the game crashes out of nothing after aprx 1 minute. I really don't know how to solve, I tried the settings at it's lowest, restarted the game and laptop a dozen of times... doesn't work.
My Laptop:
- Motherboard: Dell Inc. Dell Precision M3800
- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4702HQ CPU @ 2.20GHz (Physical: 4, Logical: 8 )
