I often see how people ask players to go into their squad to take an officer kit or they become a commander to take an officer's kit. And all this is for FOB building only.

The officer does not have a shovel and if he puts the FOB alone he has to order a rifleman ...

I think this process should be easier like for insurgents.

Just add to all factions zero kit shovel and radio.
