After pressing play, a window opens and closes quickly, I have already tried many ways and none has solved the error, the client is in the most recent update, the PRLauncher is this:

Warning: FlashMenu, deleted, killed

If your game crashes without an error right after you click `PLAY` in the launcher, it is possible that you are missing some DX9 components that are required.

If that is the case, installing this package will fix the crash.
