link error with launcher

Hello everyone, I'm telling you about the problem I'm having while I'm playing... it turns out that everything gets slow and the screen goes black with an error that says problem linking with the launcher.
in the log it says the following

unable to find localization HUD_LEVEL_NAME
ERROR 1 Winapi parsing modules .... wsock32.dll
