Launcher Crashing

Whenever I open the Project Reality BF2 Launcher it says "The procedure entry point NtQueryWnfStateData could not be located in the dynamic link library" then the launcher works normally however. when i click on "Options" it says "Unable to load DLL 'd3d9.dll': The specified procedure could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007F)"
