Pashto voices

I'm making this post here, although there's nothing done to be shown yet. But some guy on Reddit plays PR and speaks Pashto, so I've tried to talk him into making Pashto voice lines that can be used for the Taliban, and maybe a future ANA faction. He's shown some interest and is even willing to pay from his own pocket if a studio recording is needed, but he wants to be sure that the Devs are interested before going ahead with any of it.
So if any Devs can confirm here that there's a wish to have Pashto voices, your input will be greatly appreciated, as well as some pointers into how exactly he should handle it.
I asked him to create a forum account if he doesn't already have one, so he'll be able to talk here directly.

Yeah we would be interested. Tell them to make an account and post on the forums.

Hello this is my account. I am here in regards to creating pashto voicelines for the game.
I can easily get the voicelines recorded at a nearby studio for $30 an hour, if professional mic quality is needed. And paid out of my own expense like what shadowfox said.
All I'd need is a list of all the voice commands so I can translate them and get them voiced. I don't play PR anymore since I lost my gaming PC but I used to 2 years ago, and I vaguely remember some of the commands such as "need medic" and "need ammo" but I know there are probably like 20-30 voicelines if we include calling in mortars, anti-air, enemy tank, etc etc. Since I don't have PR anymore and I can't boot up the game to see what are the lines I need to make, I'll need a screenshot/list of all the lines that I need to translate & voice.
Thank you.

@fluffypancakes
you might also need a female pashto voice too, cuz there are some lines said by a woman if i remember correctly. People here may correct me.

This isn't my area and there is probably a better list someone has somewhere but here is a list of all the sound file names. You can find them btw in "\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr\content\common_client.zip\sound\*LANGUAGE NAME*"
There are also three types of voice for each voice type, "Commander", "Squad Leader" and "Grunt", some having their own unique voices too.
Anyways here is a list of the file names, but as I said there is probably a better list somewhere with also what is said in each of them too:
EDIT: This should help too but files are missing:

This is a full list of faction sounds expected by the BF2 debugger. This is probably the best list to use for recording.

Before you spend any money on this, best to just record some voice lines with some normal mic (even a good phone would do) and upload those samples.

Woah! That's a pretty extensive list, thanks. Could I ask what's the difference between "filter" and "no_filter" though? I'd assume it means whether the voiceline is said through a radio filter or not?

Correct, so no filter is just the voice while filter is with the radio filter - for use in vehicles.
