Did you do a fresh install of PR or copy some existing installation?

yeah from the fresh installation i'm download it using torrent is it possible if my files get corrupted?

i'm actually already redownload the files and installed it again but the issue still poping up im really confused right now. i already chek everything microsoft net, visual, direct x all of the things that need to played but still not working also

Can you verify the UIAutomationProvider.dll exists and is correct? Just search for it on your boot drive where you installed windows (usually C:\).
Something is broken on your system.

Lastly you can try downloading the latest .net Framework and install that: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/down ... -framework
