I launched PR and show me pop-up window with this:
"Critical Error,
An unhandled exception has occured. Details are as follows:
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Net.Http, Version=4.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d503a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
After this, the launcher has closed.
How can I fix this problem? It's never happened before and i don't know what i can do to fix it.

See Installation page - you are lacking proper .NET Framework version:
https://www.realitymod.com/forum/showthread.php?t=99834If you are on older versions of Windows, make sure to install DirectX 9, .NET framework 4.6 (edit: 4.7.2!) and Visual C++! This otherwise makes you unable to load the game.

Thank you answer, but i got DirectX 9, .NET framework 4.6 and Visual C++ downloaded and updated.

SemlerPDX posted outdated requirements. You need .net4.7.2 as stated in the minimum requirements on the download page.
