win 11 project reality could not connect to launcher

everytime i play my screen goes black and says project reality couldnt connect to launcher or wahtever it is and in logs i get the error

You might be missing DX9 components, just an assumption. Try updating DirectX using the following link:

Go to PRLauncher and click Support. Wait for the launcher to load all required information (it may take up to a few seconds), then once the Launcher finishes loading data, the `Copy To Clipboard` button will become clickable. Click it,then CTRL+V here.
