Error 1324!!!

Hi, I've just installed PR and i cant play cuz of this error. 
I was searching the fourms and found the error but the solutions are applaied to a very specific case and vert specific PC set up. I did learned that PR will not run if the refresh rate is lower than 60hz but my display only gets to 56hz.
If there's anything that i can do pls tell me, i wanted to try out this game!!
