Adding greater suppression effects for small arms with a larger caliber. For example, the 7.6mm caliber family creates more suppression effects, including longer recovery from blackscreen effects for suppressed enemies, a reduction in the enemy's stamina bar, and limits on the agility of suppressed enemies, such as preventing them from bunny hopping

Not possible at the moment but we are looking into it (and a few other supression changes too)
