The stationary spg round weighs something like 4.6 kg for HEAT, which is not much more than an RPG-7 round, but a riflemen can only carry one as opposed to almost 3 RPG-7 rounds.
I understand that ATGMs should only reload one ATGM at a time, but SPG rounds are much lighter. So would it be possible to change the amount reloaded to two?

Once the SPG-9 damage gets nerfed to a realistic level, for sure.
SPG-9's PG-9 rocket has the same penetration as an early RPG-7 warheads.
But in-game damage-vise it has mosty same shoots to kill on assets as ATGMs, so 1 rocket per bag is only fair.

SPG damage is not really close to ATGMs. Try to SPG-9 a challenger tank to the side. Now try it with atgm. SPG-9 will barely damage it, ATGM will make it burn. Agree 100%.
1 SPG shot per bag is absurd. Also because it means that you need to throw 4 bags to be able to shoot frags at all!
