My FPS dropped unexpectedly

I have a decent laptop for the requirements of this game:

I have been playing normally 50-60fps for a long time, unfortunately yesterday I entered the game normally and it is unplayable 5-10fps.I tried to lower the graphics to the minimum, however not much happened. So I'd like to know what I can do to fix this,is it a bug of the game?? or my system??

• What was the map?
• What was the FPS you used to have on that same same map?
• Is your laptop charger plugged in when you're gaming?
• What Windows version?
• What Power Plan or profile you are using?
