This is for 0.9 depending on how much time I can allocate to this, but its basically lowering the weapon in stationary poses such as standing and crouching (not prone of course), as well as all the basic movements.
So no more firing 'from the hip'? Or will we still be able to fire it at our feet?

Outlawz, after about halfway through the video, he demonstrates the disadvantages of the system. He walks around in the weapon-down stance, but he fires without bring up the sights. When he fired, the weapon went to the hip position, the same as you see in .856. Look at how it snaps up, but not all the way to the eye.
Unfortunetly, you could be doing room clearance and it would look like you were just strollin' on in, and then SHWAH-BAM, weapon is firing from the hip within a single frame.

I like it to! Very nice and nice! But yea that frame jump is ugly. No way around it you would think right? Maybe our C. Norris could fix it

i guess the jumping to the hip is okay, when we can get these look, its for sure better than the current look, especially for assaultrifles and sniperrifles, but i would keep the current position for lmgs

Nice Chuc keep up the good work, yours is far by the best improvement in pr (from vanilla) makes it look like a completely different game.

This is quality! really hope it gets in, tbh you're not really gonna notice the frame jump unless your looking out for it and plus you rarely fire without the sights up in PR with the exception of CQB where most of the time you're watching your own corner and not looking at other players. Great work Chuc!

for all those talking on frame jump... look at current version and all bf2 mods/vbf2.... it currently has a small frame jump too, its an inherent problem with the system, not specific to just these new animations, though with these it would be a bit more noticeable but I think very worth it.
