Eat Some New Lead!

First of all I must start off by saying that these new bullets
will not be in v0.95 but will be in the release after 0.95 as part of our optimization process.
Anyways quick story behind this. I noticed while fixing up the L85 series that some of our weapons where loading the textures in there magazine from large texture sheets which where not loaded and as such, wasting memory. As such after a quick talk with [R-DEV]Chuc about it, we decided it would be best to make new, common bullets that could be used for all 5.56mm and 7.62mm (+ maybe more in the future) weapons and also replace the crappy vBF2 shell ejection model/effect as it didn't match the bullets in the mags and it looked pretty shitty.
After a little bit of work we now have some very nice new bullets to go into all our weapon's magazines and to shoot out the side of our weapon after we fire a shot

Looks smooth!
Just a little thing about the spent casing texture, shouldn't it's cap have a dent in it, since it's been fired? Unless the casing of the spent one is shared with the whole thing somehow.

Will ejected shells hurt people if they hit them?

Thats so mean to announce them, and then say "They will NOT be included in v0.95". Anyway they look very goldish, which is good

What I thought exactly, could look less "gold" and more "brass" for more awesomeness.

Asset inclusion stopped approximately a month ago.
Testing and stability progress

Ye basically we have a rule that says we dont include any new assets after a certain point as new assets for the most part, cause more bugs and as such, delay the release further. Only a few exceptions are made and for something that will only increase the performance a little bit and other than that is only a visual enhancement isn't worth risking more bugs over.
v0.96 or w/e comes after .95 will have these in thou, with a bunch of other changes
