Hey guys,

been a bit since my last blog update so thought I would share something I and some of the other devs have been working on recently

I present to you the the M299 AMG-114 Hellfire Missile Rack for the OH-58D Kiowa, which basically enables the Kiowa to carry two Hellfires on each rack and with racks mounted on both sides it can carry four Hellfires into battle

It took me around 2 to 3 hrs to model, UV and export the rack, then I shipped it off to [R-CON]Spush for texturing, who has done a really nice job

It has still yet to be fully coded but [R-DEV]J.F.Leusch69 has started on the coding and hopefully soon will be ready to go ingame

This should give some nice light airborne anti-tank support on maps where heavy attack helicopters are not available

And ohmygosh-attack in 3, 2, 1....

This is what I wanted.

I am still waiting for a map layer like burning sands 32 with light attack choppers with ATGM's. One of the most interesting assets imo.

Who fires them? Pilot or co-pilot?

Good to see the US getting some more variation in their assets.

Would be cool seeing this on one of Kokan's Kiowas.

Yeah the Chinese Z-9WA variant with HJ-8 missiles IIRC.

The pods on the chopper in that pic are HJ-8, anti-tank missile pods, the same type of missile that is fired from the PLA's Deployable AT

I hought the kiowas were deadly and annoying first . . .. NOW holy **** . . . i dont know what to think is giving kowas Hell fire missles a good idea?
